I'm finally switching to the sustainable, eco friendly and zero waste menstrual cup. I bought this from a local brand called Sinaya Cup . Got a chance to learn more about this awesome product from the founder, Audrey Tangonan over some wine and beers during the UP MBS Alumni Homecoming. So anyway this cup does wonders to women, be in control of their menstrual flow for one. Not only that, this is a very good alternative to tampons and pads!
