Right after the Sunday mass in St. Francis, Mom and I went straight to The Frazzled Cook for lunch. I had reservation two days earlier. Lucky to have occupied one of the four parking lots. Yes. They only have this much parking space, otherwise you'll have to park along the street.
Finally got in the restaurant! What's unique about the place is the whole interior design. It's a residencial house converted into a restaurant. From outside you wouln't notice that the place is actually a restaurant, thus the phrase "I am a restaurant" placed on the glassed window outside.
There are different table settings to choose from depending on the number of customers and the kind of comfort you want. Well yes they have comfy couches also. What makes the restaurant unique is the different chairs, book shelves used as dividers and haha this one's funny the Hello Kitty utensils used. Take a look at their website to see what I mean or better yet visit them!
We ordered their "Herbed Chicken Salad in Basil Vinaigrette", "Pasta Aligue", and "Pan Seared Salmon with Mango Salsa in curry Pilaf". Food was great! I got the salmon. I loved the mango salsa that covered the salmon plus the curry rice matched the meal perfectly.
Reasonable price range of 200-500 pesos depending of course on what you're getting. I'll definitely come back and try the rest of their food choices.

I was searching the internet and chanced upon a unique restaurant called, The Frazzled Cook. The name itself made me curious what this restaurant has to offer. According to Dictionary.com, frazzled means worn out. Oh wow, a negative adjective to describe the place. I hope the food served there is not "frazzled".
