Wellbeing and mindfullness
This afternoon we had a talk on this: wellbeing and mindfulness from the perspective of a registered psychologist. I feel like the talk was meant for me, as if the speaker was talking to me. I took down notes and really gave everything she said a thought.

How to be mindful
- Connect-talk and listen; be there; feel connected
- Be active-do what you can
- Take notice-reminisce the simple things that give you joy
- Keep learning-embrace new experience
- Give-time, words, presence
